Who can open one
Limited companies, sole traders and newly incorporated businesses. We ask once, and we do it properly.
Limited companies
Certificate of incorporation, ownership structure down to beneficial owners, and ID for directors and owners.
Sole traders
Your name, address and proof of address. An account that keeps business money separate from personal.
New companies
Newly incorporated businesses can apply. There’s no credit check because there’s no credit.
Everyone is also asked for a clear description of money flows: who pays you, who you pay, in which currencies and roughly what volumes.
