PROCEDURES ON HOW TO REQUEST A SAR (Subjective Access Request)


  • The form can be downloaded by Alpha transfers Website or at any branch.
  • Must be delivered in Personal with a valid POI (Proof of ID)
  • The customer service will make the request and send to the designated Officer that will make the decision whether or not the request can be processed.
  • The Upon receipt of a SAR the Company shall have a maximum period of 40 days within which to respond.
  • Must inform the customer that all attempts to access their data protection will be also held at their account (whether successful or failed).
  • Must In case of 3 failed attempts, the customer will be contacted by one of our staff to discuss further actions.
  • In case of success request and approval, the following information will be provided to the data subject:
  • Whether or not the Company holds any personal data on the data subject;
  • A description of any personal data held on the data subject;

  • Details of what that personal data is used for;
  • Details of any third-party organisations that personal data is passed to; and
  • Details of any technical terminology or codes.

Request for closing the Account


  • Account’s can be closed after 3 years of inactivity by customer requests visiting one of our Branches in personal with a valid POI(Proof of ID).
  • After closure, we will keep your personal data for 5 years as a AML regulations requirements.
